Preamble: Many of the issues I bring to you are very small, yet each issue is just that, an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then you will be able to build and more importantly, focus on the bigger issues...a larger practice and more family time.

"The Lawyers Roundtable - An Update on Increasing the Success Rate"

Over the last week, I have been creating and recording three presentations for the Lawyers Roundtable meetings. The way it is shaping up, these will be the three topics for the meetings:

  1. MRI and Herniated Discs
  2. Herniated Discs, Brain Injury, Fracture, Pre-Existing Arthritis
  3. Crash Dynamics, Causality and Bodily Injury

As I was creating them, I wanted to push every button the lawyers have when it comes to difficulties in their practices in order to ensure the greatest attention possible is given to your roundtable event. After lecturing nationally for years, I have found these to be the hottest topics and each of you has the ability to proctor these or render these presentations. I say "proctor" because if you aren’t totally comfortable, I have created narrated PowerPoint presentations for you…or…you can do it yourself…The rest is a no-brainier. Should you want the narrated PowerPoint presentations, they are being offered on the forms and templates section of the Web site. Using either method, the roundtable is still the best way to meet with one lawyer and have 10 of them show up.

Embedded within my narrated PowerPoint presentations are mechanisms for the lawyers to invite you into their offices after the presentations and to send you P-IME’s, as that is the goal of everything that you do. Should you be doing your own roundtable, make sure that you keep your eye on the goal…getting invited, on a monthly basis, into the lawyer’s office to educate him/her and his/her staff.
