"Pain Management Specialist"
Today, Dr. Bill Owens from Buffalo asked me what I thought of the American Academy of Pain Management and is a pain management Diplomate or Fellow a good credential to have. Being a specialist in caring for patients in pain is a very good credential…No…It is an “outstanding” credential to have. In fact, I became a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management in 1991 and numerous times, when on the witness stand, that credential has been needed. I strongly urge you to join the organization and go through the steps to be credentialed as a Diplomate or Fellow. It is worth the effort and the process is relatively painless.
