“Look forward to fix behind you” Mark Studin 2021
Many of you have taken the Mini-Fellowship in MRI Spine with Dr. Peyster and have gotten chiropractic CE Credits. I am now applying for the course to be recognized through medical academia. This is crucial in my determination to ensure that you are "bulletproof" and immune to the carrier's contentions to not allow you to opine in court on MRI findings, when you are well-qualified.
There will be an additional step to earn AMA credits; it will involve reading a few research articles and taking another quiz. You will be credited for the coursework already done. Once you complete the next steps, you will be conferred the AMA Credits through the ACCGME, in conjunction with SUNY Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
As I shared in my last email, I will not rest until this issue has been completely resolved (until I have to handle the next attempt to disallow DC's).
In the next day or two, I will have instructions. If you have not yet taken the Mini-Fellowship in either Spine or Extremities, I urge you to do ASAP.
