Create, Update, and MARKET your CV on the U.S. Chiropractic Directory. It cannot be a secret, and you must be everywhere; patients, lawyers, M.D.'s, and advertisements. This is what sets you apart from the pack. This is where life mimics the movies, "build it, and they will come." Dozens of doctors have reported that hospitals, medical specialists, lawyers, and corporate groups have found them purely on the power of their CV listed on the U.S. Chiropractic Directory.

A perfect signature line is mandated, so referral sources can understand you are the best of the best and then can reach you. Here is a perfect one:

Use the Medical Fees in the United States by PMIC to set your fees (never more than 2 years old). Use the 75th percentile unless you are Trauma Qualified or better, then as per the guide, use the 90th percentile. Credentials pay off. Also, this is a prime area for carriers to come after you when they say "doctor, how did you set your fees?"

Rebut improper carrier denials for payment. Be aggressive, but within the law. Remember, you are profiled… for being an easy target. Don't take their crap and get paid!

Meet with your accountant EVERY month to tax and spend plan, adjust your expenditures in the correct categories, and be automated. You should not be on an old-fashioned checkbook where your accountant enters everything. You need to be in control of your money. If you only meet your lawyer quarterly or annually to do taxes, fire them. I have a good one for you if you need it. He does our doctors in dozens of states and understands chiropractic and our practices. It matters.

Deliver lawyer's reports in high-quality portfolios that are tabbed with better qualify paper. Build your reputation.

Wear masks, disinfect, wear glasses or goggles, and stress to your patients that you are Coronavirus responsible. It will add to your reputation as a leader in society. It matters. Don't pander to the resistant fringe or listen to politicians with political motives that are not based in science.

Do a written report of findings. It will increase your PVA a lot. Section #6, Office Systems, consultations #1-3 detail what to do, and what you need.

Trauma Qualified is the new minimum. MRI Qualified will be out shortly.
