Preamble: Many of the issues I bring to you are very small, yet each issue is just that, an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then you will be able to build and more importantly, focus on the bigger issues...a larger practice and more family time. -Mark Studin 2006

Just think of your credibility with a lawyer or surgeon when you say that a 3.4 mm translation is 0% impaired and 3.5 mm is 25% impaired. Be prepared to “look the fool.” No reasonable person would accept that, and neither should you. That was the place I started 3 years ago when researching the solution. After researching 100’s of papers, we retained our IT engineers and built a system that allows you to get reports on translation and angular deviation and render pro-rated impairments based upon the literature.
This system also gives you a biomechanical analysis to base your treatment. It is all evidenced-based and legally defensible, again the only one of it’s kind.
This is the ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD THAT EXISTS for pro-rated impairments, and you can perform these analyses and bill for them. For PI Cases, you should consider getting a second opinion, and for that call me and I will help guide you through that EASY process.
