Preamble: many of these issues are small, yet each issue is just that… an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then the larger issues often take care of themselves and you can focus on the larger issues… a larger, more profitable practice and more family time.

“Learn How to Give the Best Report of Findings”

The Answer is in the Courtroom

“A teeny, weeny, little, small lie… Is still a lie”   Mark Studin 201

I have been recording the second installment of Testifying in the courtroom and while doing so, realized that this is by far, the best training to learn how to do an effective Report of Findings for your patients in your office. The 2 courses cover everything from delivery to posture, to attire and how to present the clinical findings understandably.

These courses will give you exceptional training on how to succeed in the courtroom and never be intimidated, as well as how to train the lawyer bringing you there. It covers a broad array of topics, and it is FUN to learn this stuff like myself and Mr. Dan Rosner have a blast going over this (you will love when he corrects me and tells me I am wrong. You also know I don’t back down and then the fun starts!!!).

What I realized early this morning while recording this, it is the perfect training for your office. The techniques to educate the jury is no different than the methods, language and communication skills required to teach an ideal report of findings. The results:

  1. Higher retention in your office
  2. Higher PVA in your office
  3. Better results in your office

Oh… and you will be a “kick-ass” witness with this knowledge… Take the 2 testifying courses. Part 2 will be out shortly, so take part 1 if you haven’t yet at www.teachdoctors.com

Respectfully,
