I’m trying very hard not to sound either “over-excited” or inflammatory. However, events, relationships, and opportunities are coming at such a rapid rate it is hard for me to keep you abreast as they unfold. I am also working very diligently with teams of attorneys to ensure that once you realize your success, you can put your “head on the pillow” and sleep well at night because a large check is only half the equation, ask anyone defending themselves!


WALL STREET: The Wall Street relationship is gearing up and at our October 27 – 28 Symposium in New York they will be presenting to you much of the specifics and the timetable. Current trauma team members will have the first opportunity to participate, and new trauma team members will follow. This relationship, through our market testing, has already realized hundreds of new personal injury patients per month in individual offices where all fees are paid upfront not having to deal with billing carriers or struggling through liens with attorney’s intent on “screwing” you. This program is the first of its kind ever in our profession and will forever resolve all your financial issues in your practice. That is a bold statement. However I am confident at this level we will be able to make it work over time in all 50 states.


CORPORATE CONSOLIDATION: This is something medicine has experienced over the last 5 to 6 years, and it is starting in our profession. Just like primary medical care providers have mostly gone hospital-based and/or work for large corporations, you can have access to those corporations either in an employment or direct referral relationship. Currently, I’m in negotiation with a healthcare management/underwriting organization that is responsible for the health care of 1.3 million lives in 47 different states. They project that number to increase tenfold over the next five years (as is the national trend) and are challenged with personal injury claims, not knowing how to manage them. I am currently concluding negotiations for our trauma qualified doctors to directly manage those cases who can work independently with the personal injury carriers or team with Wall Street so that you can secure payment with close to 100% of your fees paid upfront. Also, we are in negotiations with dozens of hospitals and some of our nation’s leading employers in multiple states discussing both direct access or direct referrals. Much of this will be discussed in our October 27 – 28 New York Symposium.




Attendance is no longer a question as far as I’m concerned. We’ve often said in the past that if you don’t learn what’s going on currently and what we plan for the year you’re going to be behind the rest of the country. With what is going on with both of the above and more, you will be MORE SO behind than ever before and not fully understand all the opportunities, for the first time in our history that are before you. 


WE ARE BACK TO WALL STREET: Next week, we have been invited back to Wall Street to discuss lien tracking and lien negotiations. One of the most critical areas of difficulty around the country is how to negotiate with attorneys who are using both the courts and underhanded tactics to try to get you to take off and 50% or more lien reductions. Wall Street has resolved these issues, and we are meeting with them to see if there is an opportunity for us to be involved in their process to guarantee a higher rate of return either working directly with them, learning from them or have the opportunity to purchase their technology. Again, this will be discussed at length in the October 27 – 28 New York Symposium.


CLINICAL: MRI ordering protocols have CHANGED. They will be released and explained at the New York Symposium as well.


INSURANCE: We are going to be outlining the tools and system to demonstratively document the necessity for long-termed chiropractic care. Again, this has been market tested and is not centered on treating pain, but the underlying structural pathology.


NEW YORK DC’s: The new fee schedule will be released with a strategy to succeed in a state mandated fee schedule environment (aka, how NY State screws you).
