A New Standard for the Magic Language

In conversation yesterday with with an attorney and one of our doctors I confirmed a concept that has been so powerful, yet overlooked because it is such a standard and can be considered a “truism.” Those truisms, often define relationships and can be the arbiters for having exceptional relationships with attorneys where referrals become “pro forma” and will never end.

The word (demonstrative) in the legal community is part of the rules of evidence and is core to the training of every lawyer in the United States. As most of you realize, I have presented to dozens of trial lawyers associations and as a result have attended their conventions and symposiums where I have spoken. At those conventions there are always exhibitors who are sponsoring the program and in 100% of those programs there was always a graphic design company, accident reconstruction specialist or a 3-D imaging modeling company. The reason is simple; those companies provide demonstrative (physical), tangible renditions of the injuries or causal aspects of the accident.

In 2018, I can say with a great degree of certainty that the “Colossus wave” that has been touted (shoved up our asses) as the LATEST AND GREATEST REASON FOR GETTING PI CASES has proven to be valuable, but is just another “get rich quick scheme.” I am not saying that there is no place to discuss those algorithms with attorneys. I am saying that lawyers really don’t care comparatively to helping them win a case in trial, even if they know they are rarely going to get there. As a result, I will be spending a considerable amount of time developing an entire program on “demonstrative evidence” for you to present to the attorneys.

In addition, I will be creating a whole new MAGIC LANGUAGE presentation for you to present. This evening, I will be in front of 105 lawyers to further market tested and by next week I will be putting pen to paper to give you the background information and then recording the new magic language for you to utilize.
