Preamble: many of these issues are small, yet each issue is just that… an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then the larger issues often take care of themselves and you can focus on the larger issues… a larger, more profitable practice and more family time.

“CV Citation Notice”

A Critical Component of the NEW MAGIC LANGUAGE

“Have a STRATEGY because failing to do will have you chasing your tail perpetually” Mark Studin 2017

I have been sharing with you my new CV citations over the last few months on a regular basis. To many it’s inspiring, to others… obnoxious and spam!! AND… you know how I feel about the latter group… IDNGARA!!

The following is my latest additions to my CV and what I send to my referral sources:

The following new citations were added to my CV today for your records: To view my entire CV, please CLICK HERE

Studin m., Owens W., (2017) The Mechanism of the Chiropractic Spinal Adjustment/Manipulation: Osseous Mechanisms, Part 1 of 5, American Chiropractor 39 (5), pgs. 30, 32, 34, 36-38

Instructor, Disc Definitions from Trauma & Insurance Settlement Formulas Revealed, Idaho State Bar, Boise ID, 2017

The new “Magic Language” is designed to leverage your credentials to ensure you are protected from lawyers in settlement disbursements and your CV citation is simply verification and constant reminder that you, “true to your word” are constantly increasing your knowledge and credentials so THEY (lawyers) can prevail at a higher rate (make more $$$$).

I have created a symbiotic paradigm to put the doctor and lawyer on the same “side of the negotiating table” to the benefit of everyone in an ethical model.

Therefore, you MUST start adding citations to your CV and work hard to constantly find “PERTINENT” content. AND THEN SEND IT CONSTANTLY to your referral sources.

I understand it is often challenging, but if it was easy… everyone would do it!

Again… this is part of the strategy of being different and separating you from the pack!

Respectfully,

Mark Studin DC, FASBE(C), DAAPM, DAAMLP
