Too many of you are opting for a “free listing” on the US Chiropractic Directory. This is a BAD decision as it will not display your CV and I wouldn’t consider sending a lawyer to that site with what the free listing offers.
I know I am spending your money, but it is only $30 per month and it places you on the top of the search engines when you type in your name with “CV” after your name. The days of organic listings at the top are coming quickly to an end as Google wants to corner that by charging you a lot of money. That is how they got to be a $$billion company.
We were able to figure out how to get you to the top organically, but you have to train your community and that is easier than you think. In addition, by case law in virtually every state, lawyers CANNOT refer directly to you. It would be very bad for them ethically as it is a licensure issue for them, but by having a preferred listing, you can give them an avenue to ETHICALLY refer to you.
You can also use your CV as the core reason to communicate with lawyers on a regular basis…again, ethically. The preferred listing is one you can be proud of and according to my market research, your office’s Web site is too much of a sales pitch for most lawyers.
Get a preferred listing as it is one of the critical tools needed.
