Preamble: many of these issues are small, yet each issue is just that… an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then the larger issues often take care of themselves and you can focus on the larger issues… a larger, more profitable practice and more family time.

“Whose Time is Cheaper?”

The average chiropractor pays $2000 annually for malpractice, while the neurosurgeon in my region pays $330,000 annually. Thus, can a neurosurgeon really afford to spend 45-60 minutes with each new patient to document what is needed by the carriers for settlement?

The answer is a resounding NO… This is the core of why the chiropractor is the primary spine care provider because we dedicate the time necessary to document all the required components for settlement… IF… that chiropractor is the RIGHT chiropractor based upon the doctor’s credentials. BECAUSE the lawyer also must know that you can go to trial with them, although that will rarely happen!!!!

If you want to see what the right chiropractor looks like, examine Dr. Don Capoferri from Georgia’s CV. CLICK HERE. Why don… because he is always the first… the first to take any course we put out, the first to study with Dr. Peyster, the first to sign up for our live symposiums and the first to arrange a videoconference for a single law firm (15 lawyers in attendance). The result, Don’s practice has skyrocketed… because the first usually wins!!!  It’s a mind-set just like Rocky in the first movie when he said “I ain’t going down no more.”

Watch the magic language video #32 to learn how to position this information and then get the lawyers to see it. If you are the “real deal” you too will start to win at a much higher level!!!!

Respectfully,
