Preamble: many of these issues I bring are small, yet each issue is just that… an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then you will be able to build and focus on the larger issues… a larger, more profitable practice along with more family time.

“Why Lawyers Will Use You”

Because they can find you and learn about you

If you don’t have a “Preferred Listing” and your full CV on the US Chiropractic Directory you are losing ground to those who do. The following is what I just sent to 1500 lawyers in 30 states. They are looking for you and I will continue to send posts on a regular basis.

I send this for the doctors who have had lawyer’s seminars. If you have had a seminar in the past and I have not asked you for your attendee listings, please send them to me to add them to the list. If you didn’t have a lawyer’s seminar, then you are benefitting from those who did because we have trained lawyers to look at the US Chiropractic Directory and download your CV’s for referral consideration. Over 180,000 lawyers have shared with me (yes, a real number) that the referral will go to the most credentialed as that is in the best interest of their clients and themselves. They want to win!

Here is what was just sent:

“New testing is available using biomarkers”

Mark Studin, William J. Owens (2016)

Citation: Studin M., OwensW. (2016)Concussion: Diagnosis-Testing-Chiropractic “New Testing is Available Using Biomarkers”, American Chiropractor 34(7) 26, 28-30

Concussion, also known as mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) has been a poorly understood condition known to most healthcare providers as difficult to objectify and manage. It is understandable as historically there has been no definitive testing available to conclude an accurate diagnosis in a region that is imaging dependent. In the absence of objective imaging findings of bleeding in the brain, a diagnosis of “mild traumatic brain injury” has been affixed to the condition, whereas if there is evidence of traumatic bleeding the diagnosis “traumatic brain injury” is applied.

There is now conclusive testing to diagnose concussion and mild traumatic brain injury as sequel to recent trauma (car accidents included)

There are many other articles like this and more that you can have to overturn deceptive rhetoric... Have the indexed, peer reviewed demonstrative evidence at your fingertips and buy the book Evidenced Based Demonstrative Evidence of Bodily Injury (the name could have been better!!)
I will continually inform you of what's cutting edge in the medical-legal community related to bodily injury. To find a qualified doctor in your area go to and view their CV's at no fee.
