Preamble: Many of the issues I bring to you are very small, yet each issue is just that, an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then you will be able to build and more importantly, focus on the bigger issues...a larger practice and more family time.

I love talking to lawyers and I am “scary good at it!” After all, I have presented to over 130,000 lawyers nationally, with more every week. I know what motivates a lawyer to refer to you and bypass the MD specialists.
THEREFORE, I will happily talk to your lawyers to educate them and get them to realize that you are the solution to their “low ball” settlement offers, false beliefs that the MD Specialist are the answer to their financial woes and simultaneously qualified (and the best choice) to testify, if needed for connective tissue (soft tissue cases).
I have already tested this out in Idaho, New Jersey, Utah, Colorado, New York and a few other states and in 100% of the time, the chiropractor has realized immediate additional referrals.
I will now do this for everyone. My only concern is that of time. However, it is my belief that after you hear me do it a few times you will now be qualified to handle this joyful task successfully without me.
The process…  
Script to the lawyer: “I have a relationship with a trauma specialist who is a professor at the post-doctoral and doctoral levels at the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and the University of Bridgeport, College of Chiropractic. He also presents to numerous trial lawyers associations nationally. I would like to bring him in on a conversation about your client to help you better understand how the injuries correlate to causality and functional losses in relationship to your settlement process. I asked him for 10 minutes and he is willing to talk to us. When can I set up a conference call?”
Simply set up a mutually agreeable time, create a conference call on your cell phone and then introduce me and them… get out of my way. When I am done… the lawyer will see you for who you are… The best of the best through clinical excellence and the reason for them to prevail in their cases.
