Quickie Consult 89 I
Evidence-Based SOAP Notes
I have been doing that already with Bill's help (using the EMR macro program). That is one thing that I have been incorporating from Croft and my own IME work, referencing things...and the insurance companies tend to disagree much less even when they aren't happy.
NEW YORK WRITES:
We get paid much easier and are now chasing the carriers much less. Our denials have been minimized and are now mostly subject to "policy limits" vs. rhetoric on why they do not want to pay. Those days are over.
We are now getting more referrals from the medical community because they know we can treat longer with fewer denials. This is the core of my medical-marketing paradigm.
PS...I can now pay my bills with lots left over...Thanks
These doctors are now GETTING PAID because they incorporate research (evidence-based) into their SOAP notes.Add research to your SOAP notes and INCREASE YOUR COLLECTIONS based upon the facts of your clinical excellence.
Most doctors do not have the time or resources to do this. That is why I asked Dr. Owens to spend the time creating the EMR macro program. It works with every EMR program and every handwritten note...although it takes more time with handwritten notes.
Dr. Owens has created a database of "macros" that pertain to most scenarios in your practice. It doesn't matter if you are a subluxation-based provider or structural-based provider. It works for "everything chiropractic."
The following is going to sound like a sales pitch, but I don't care if you end up making more money honestly and ethically. Here's the sales pitch...
"For $1.81 per day, you can significantly increase your income." Dr. Owens adds new macros on a weekly basis (10-20 per month), as well as altering current ones so that the program stays current. In fact, today he added "care path" issues which are at the core of the regulatory requirements for doctors in New Jersey to get paid. This was in response to a direct request from a New Jersey doctor. Now all of New Jersey's doctors can benefit with specific care path language.
Previously, Dr. Owens handled New York, Colorado, Michigan, Florida, Oregon and a whole host of other states. Most of the macros are universal and work for every state because care is universal as is the research needed to certify that care. Should you join the program, Dr. Owens will customize macros to your state if needed.

Hopefully my "sales pitch" will make you lots of money that you have earned and deserve to get paid...
