Preamble: Many of the issues I bring to you are very small, yet each issue is just that, an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then you will be able to build and more importantly, focus on the bigger issues...a larger practice and more family time.

"Sequestration vs. Fragmented vs. Migrated Disc"

These are all one and the same. Many non-trauma trained doctors get confused on these terms and consider treating each differently, often delaying necessary care. The triage of these patients is usually to send them to a spine surgeon and not to touch them.

The MRI courses (parts 1 and 2) clearly outline the pathology and how to recognize the fragment on MRI. This is a common subject and when with lawyers, you MUST understand both the concept and how to visualize these on MRI. If you do not have the MRI credentials behind the explanation via formal post-doctoral training, the likelihood of the lawyer being able to work with you on this is remote.
