"What Materials Can I Legally Post on My Web Site From the Lawyers PI Program?"
The short answer is NONE. All of the material is copyrighted and proprietary. Over the last few months, other companies have been scouring YOUR Web sites and have been pirating my materials from them. Due to the fact that you have no relationship/agreement with them, they aggressively take what they want, but...I have one with you that survives the termination of the agreement.
Any articles published in the US Chiropractic Directory may be posted in their entirety, but must be referenced correctly. As per our agreement, you must have WRITTEN permission from CMCS Management, Inc., the parent company, to publish, disclose, etc. and we will not allow that to occur anymore because of the unscrupulous thieves who are stealing our stuff.
If you have posted any of our materials on your Web site with or without permission, please have it removed within 5 business days as we are retaining legal counsel to aggressively protect our interests.
In a perfect world, this would all be moot and I feel bad for having to even articulate the negative, but we live in the real world. Thank you for understanding...Mark
