Preamble: Many of the issues I bring to you are very small, yet each issue is just that, an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then you will be able to build and more importantly, focus on the bigger issues...a larger practice and more family time. -Mark Studin 2006

Dear Dr. Johns,

First of all, I want to express how much we appreciate your tireless efforts, dedication and work for our community during this time of crisis.

With current situation and the rate of the spread of the Corona Virus, I can only imagine that your Emergency Department is congested with patients exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 as well as other medical problems. I would like to extend my services as an allied care provider to "Hospital" by accepting referrals for biomechanical spinal pain and non-critical motor vehicle accidents directly from your Emergency Department. Shifting low back pain patients out of your Emergency Department, we can decrease some of the congestion and your staffs stress load, while referring back all series, including, but limited to MRI’s etc. .

I am spinal trauma trained chiropractic physician through both the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) in conjunction with the State University of New York at Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and Cleveland University Kansas City. My graduate medical education in part, encompasses Interprofessional Hospital Relations and MRI spine interpretation, stroke diagnosis, concussion evaluation, electrodiagnosis triaging the injured, , Spinal Mechanical Engineering.

What I am proposing would be of great benefit for our community during the Pandemic and possibly beyond. However, in the short run, I recognize your needs of “all hands-on deck” to deal with the influx of Coronavirus cases and I want to do my part to help. . I am attaching a copy of my Curriculum Vitae for your review, I am available to you anytime for questions, I am just across the parking lot from your office.
