Preamble: many of these issues are small, yet each issue is just that… an issue. If you take care of the small issues, then the larger issues often take care of themselves and you can focus on the larger issues… a larger, more profitable practice and more family time.

“Demonstrative Evidence”

Acute Schmorls’ Node and Modic 1 Changes

“Long Days and Sleepless Nights is All it Takes” Mark Studin 2018

Thank you, Josh Johnston from Colorado for these images. This is the PERFECT way to deliver demonstrative evidence and if these images were printed on glossy paper, referenced and attached to your report, it could “seal the deal” for the lawyer in concluding an acute image.

Please note that the word “Acute” in the legal context means RECENT and is not a reference to pain, but time; literally it means “sudden.” Therefore, the label below of “Subacute,” might be misconstrued and I would have labeled it “Acute.” Otherwise, this example is a perfect example of what lawyers need for you to BE their solution and the EASY BUTTON!!!!!

If you can’t figure out how to get the MRI image on paper, ask a 10-year old!!!!!

Respectfully,

Mark Studin DC, FASBE(C), DAAPM, DAAMLP
