Your reference to ChatGPT is neither relevant nor responsive to the issues presented in this matter. The pertinent issue is that your office received a valid Assignment of Rights, Benefits, and Lien duly executed by your client. This office is in possession of two separate forms of verification confirming your receipt of that executed agreement.

To be clear, I am not requesting information pursuant to, nor making any demand based upon, a Letter of Protection. Rather, I am requesting the financial information required under the executed Assignment so that this office may evaluate and consider a fair and equitable distribution of the settlement proceeds.

Please refer specifically to Section 6 – Right for Information of the executed agreement. Pursuant to the express terms of that provision, please provide a full accounting of the financial information relating to the resolution of this matter, including, but not limited to:

• The gross settlement amount(s);
• A complete settlement/disbursement statement, whether final or proposed;
• Attorney's fees and all case and litigation costs;
• The amounts paid, allocated, or proposed to be paid or allocated to each lienholder and/or medical provider;
• Any reductions requested from, offered by, or agreed to with other lienholders or medical providers; and
• Any other financial distributions, deductions, or allocations from the settlement proceeds relevant to determining the proposed distribution.

This information is material to our evaluation of any proposed compromise or reduction of the amount due under the Assignment. Accordingly, we are not in a position to meaningfully consider or negotiate a settlement amount until the information required under Section 6 has been provided.

Upon receipt and review of the requested documentation, we will evaluate the matter and determine whether an appropriate and equitable resolution can be reached.
